NEVER TAKE AN FNB LOAN ON THEIR APP

App**** for a short term loan on the FNB app on 7 December 2024 and when asked for the debit date, i selected 31 as i get paid on the last day of every month. Fast forward to January the loam debits on the 15th January and i call FNB to enquire and i am told by Vuyo that i agreed for the debit to be on the 8th of every month. But i don't get paid on the 8th, i definitely did not select the 8th and my other FNB products are paid on the last day of the month, however the 8th is exactly the day after the loan was approved!!!! Meaning your system lodged the debit order for the following day. Tried calling the call centre to request a copy of the loan agreement but i have been sent from pillar to post. And i had actually agreed to upgrade my credit card which was ready for delivery, canceled that with immediate effect
