Never Take a Motor Insurance with FNB, Consultants are *********** and Don't know a process when you need to claim. s

I took an insurance with FNB and called them while on the road for assistance with a car battery as my car could not start. They informed me that they can't help me I have to register a claim for the battery. Later they arrange for a towing company but then they can't assist me with the battery, I called the following day and was sent from pillar to post and none of the consultants on the line knew what to do for me to register a claim for the battery. After being on the line for 30 minutes the last consultant drop the call on me when I requested a reference number and so far no one has bothered to help me with a simple claim for a battery, in fact they all don't know what to do. I'm disappointed
