Never switch to FNB NEVER!!!

I spoke to a consultant by the name of Vusi from FNB and he confirmed that the error that was made by FNB of putting my account on negative R655 will be rectified by refunding back the R410 our conversation happened on the 16.04.2021 and today its the 21.04.2021 still no refund in my account, I even had to take a temp loan to close this amount.... I'll make sure to pay the overdraft I have with FNB and leave this bank that's enriching themselves by robbing their own clients.. I am sick and tired of FNB.. I urge the nation to never stick with them as they are ******* hidden behind a fancy Name..
