Never Switch to FNB

Never Switch to FNB when they say they give you switching reward. They promise to give you R2000 to change to FNB yet, six months later I still haven't received a cent and despite numerous complaints, they never come back to you even when you receive an Email stating a customer service consultant will call you within 48 hours. This is a hoax and no one should ever fall for it.......
