NEVER sign-up for FNB Connect

I cancelled my Mom's FNB Connect in July 2021 and I found out recently that you are still deducting money from her account for this service. This is *****ING. I took my Mom to the bank this morning to sort this out and the consultant on the phone from FNB Connect took down my contact number as my Mom is hard of hearing. The agent dealing with the case called me and I asked to be called back in 30 minutes and she went and called my mother anyway and fed her lies, which my Mom could probably not make out. I want HR to deal with that agent and the other agents at FNB Connect with their rude, ill customer service manner as they don't answer, they drop the call and I have called back numerous times.
