NEVER ORDER FROM FNB PRODUCT SHOP!!!!!!!!!!!

WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER!!!! WHY DO YOU STILL USE RAM COURIERS AND DIGITAL PLANET I spoke to digital planet this mornig, as I received a message that my parcel is arriving today. This morning at 10:15 when I told the lady I cannot believe its still RAM couriers and that I wont get my parcel she laughed and said I will get it today before 5pm. So I gave them a code to enter our estate. At 15:28 I got a message from our security that RAM has entered. I was flabbergasted, just to see at 15:33 they left again from the message from gate security. I went down to security gate and they said RAM just left. I asked that they contact me when they arrived at gate, but nothing. WHY SPEND THE TIME ENTERING MY ESTATE AND THEN JUST LEAVING WITHIN 5 mins without coming to my door!!!! I had the same story last year dec, and promised myself I will never use FNB again as they use digital planet and they use RAM USELESS COURIERS!!!!!!! We'llk stupid of me to think that anything would have changed in a year
