Never learn out of their bad services

Once again what they say and what they do is two different things. I asked them if they are going to charge me for delivering my cards and they say no cost. Just to realised afterwards they do. They have not taken my earlier issues i raised at all into consideration. I raised this as well via email and that person did not even responded. No use they refer these issues to someone. Better just to hope at this bank you get the assistance. They ignore customer issues it appears.
