Never go with fnb building insurance
FNB is fast to offer building insurance but when you have a drain leaking into your house and yard they are the last to actually perform. Its shot service for something that should be sorted asap. This is the worst service ever and now I will have to make a plan to get my drain sorted because its weekend. Your last consultant that spoke to me now was si rude you can keep her seeing as this is your level of quality

20 Apr 2024, 12:02Useless to lodge a complaint when there is **** pushing up in my yard and that will be the case for the whole weekend because you hire *********** people who can't do the one thing they have to. I have to pay all my shot on time but you can't provide a service. You're insurance department is lazy as **** and there will be no repercussions for this because why would you actually care about a client.
