Never go to FNB Connect

<p>FNB connect - so disappointed in your service. Got a Fnb connect sim on Thursday, my<br />Number was successfully ported by Friday morning, from then till Saturday evening had no service at all and now since then cant receive calls, can make calls without a problem but NO SMS or calls received at all !! I can get face time calls and whatsapp messages as they work via data ......What a let down, I've been in to the branch, spent hours on the phone to the connect centre and done everything they've told me to do, register at ATM, dial *147*1# and option 6 - doesn't help much if I can't receive any SMS !!!! <br />My problem was escalated to critical at 08:30 today - still no response at all and still unable to receive any calls or SMS - so sorry that I every went over to them</p>
