Never experienced such POOR service ever

I have logged a call for missing funds on my account with Kgothatso Kjanana, he had promised i would receive a call within 48hours. I decided to call the complaints departnment and spoke to Raheem Solomon who also promised that i would receive a call within 48hours, I explained to him that I currently do not have a phone where he can get hold of me except for my work number, he needed a number where he could send an sms to with a reference number which I provided him with. Today I spoke to Peace Lecogo who was also of no help to me because she failed to assist. Brenda Alexanda is the consultant who was supposed to call me, which she did...however on an incorrect number and never made means of sending me an email or calling me on my work number. Immediately after that she went on lunch. Meaning...when someone is on lunch or on leave at FNB there is no one to replace that person or take over on their clients. Peace Lecogo told me that this is a ***** case and my card should be blocked. My question is...why didn't Kgothatso Kjanana tell me this in the first place because from the time I first called customer care which is two weeks ago, this matter would have been resolved by now. Secondly whenever I call FNB, I am told that my card number does not match any profile with FNB...this has been noted with Gugulethu Mqwebu and Kgothatso...with numerous other consultants who have not been able to assist me. This is my money, which i work very hard for that i have lost, this is my time that I am wasting on *********** people who do not know what they are doing. Even after explaining to Peace Lecogo that I am knocking off at 14:00pm today, she did not even try and make means to find someone who can assist seeing that I do not have a mobile phone for Brenda Alexanda to contact me.

Not a full report has been given to me in regards to all the amounts outstanding, I was promised to be sent an email in regards to their findings early this morning...nothing has been received thus far. No one has called me back to ask if I have received anything from FNB.
