NEVER EVER USE PAYPAL OR FNB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been struggling for more than a month now just to link my business account with my business PayPal account. Making more than a R1000 of phone calls between FNB and PayPal. Over and over in need to verify stuff and still my account is not linked. Why is it such an issues to link my business account to my PayPal account? Is it because staff don't know what they do? I am now over the edge. Really!!!!!! Phone calls on phones calls!!!!!!!!!!

I want the public to see what service I am getting from FNB (PayPal) I was now informed that I need to re-submit a new letter from my bank to verify my account and that after my account was ALREADY verified 06/09/2022. Now I need to go through this again and when asking them why I need to do this again, I don't get any answer. All I get is, I MUST SUBMIT a new letter. Why do I need to verity my bank account twice???????????? By saying that FNB is pathetic is actually giving you a compliment. You are worst that pathetic. Today I can say, I am so glad and happy I took my business to another bank.
