Never ending household claim!

Why do we always have to resort to the extremes of hellopeter before we get assisted?? My electric fence is still not entirely fixed. One of your agents called to say they will follow up with Kandua, but i have heard nothing since. This fence is linked to household insurance. Can it just be fixed!
