Never ending Bad Service.... Because my system says so...
If I could give a NO STAR rating I would. I have been struggling for 4 months now to get my named cleared with FNB as they have me noted on their system as being under debt review. I have never been under debt review and this is halting my attempts to apply for a home loan. NCR cannot help me as I was never registered with them so they cannot clear me and my so called Debt Councellor also does not have me registered on their system as they never gave me up for debt review. No way to sort this out so moving all my Banking to another service provider. FNB will not see my business again and I have been with them for 15 years.

05 Mar 2020, 10:51So FNF responded Privately with exactly the same ****, just showing that they do not even read my emails and no one can explain to me how I can be under debt review on their system but I am able to get loans and credit cards from other service providers. If I am under debt review I should then not be able to get any other credit as all systems should pick me up as being under debt review
