Never count on FNB if you have an emegency!!!

Today (24/01/2021) I made a request to withdraw from my 32-day account due to an emergency. I selected to withdraw these funds immediately as this option was always available, but strange enough the option to withdraw immediately was just shown as "Today". But to my surprise, no funds show up in the account I have withdrawn to. I get in contact with FNB's chat service to find out what is really happening and the reply I get shocked me...basically, they said: "Our system is currently under maintenance and you will only get your funds tomorrow, not TODAY". I would not have the need to withdraw this money now if it was only going to be available tomorrow, and if the system is being updated why not decline the transaction completely? And put a note to let your customer know what is happening? These immediate withdrawals are not cheap and this money was deducted as per usual without fail, even though the system is under maintenance. I am shocked at FNB's service and neglect, you have money, you have an emergency and willing to pay to get your money asap but nope, to FNB "TODAY" actually means "TOMORROW". You actually deserve less than 1 star if that option was available.
