never closed a personal loan

good day , <br> <br> I had a personal loan that was moved to a different account and FNB never closed the old account. ITC doesn't see the new account and made the old account as written off. <br> <br> I cant buy anything because of this. its ruining my life and all they say is \ we will investigate""
