Never choose FNB

In a time of need it has become clear what a poor bank FNB is , its not like anyone now has money to waste yet I have spent over R200 on phone calls to FNB to change a Debit order date that still has not happened

Then on another debit order that my CPP is making payment on thru FNB they still want to charge me R110 for a debit order that did not go thru even thou it is their department that is paying the claim via Cheque . How does the logic on that one work ????

So now here I am paying additional fees in a debit order that FNB is paying to themselves and another Debit order how's date still has not been paid . What a joke
