NEVER BUY AIRTIME/DATA FROM FNB APP

I keep buying airtime and not receiving any token when I contact mtn they said nothing was bought for the time I'm requesting information for and when I lay a complain to FNB they said they contacted the service provider and they confirmed that the airtime was loaded so it is up to me to fix things with my service provider and just like that they just ***** my money and I can't do anything about it this has happened twice in a row
