Never been more disappointed in my life

Their customer service is *********** and they don't care. You try resolve issues in person and they send you away. They take money from your account and make up stories to deflect you. They don't honor their end of the deal and then they make you jump through hoops to resolve this. After being with FNB for years, I am so disappointed on how they have treated me. I have never worked with such an *********** business.
