Never bank with them, they won't help you

Really bad service from Fnb, my mom and dad currently stay in Belgium. Can't get a new debit card, if we call we get 7 different numbers to call. Courier company refuses to assist and then you require forms that don't even excist in Belgium otherwise you will block the account . Fnb Sunwardpark advise my mother to open a Global account before they left, which they did.Can you please employ people who want to work, and flying back to South Africa is not an option Fnb unless you are paying the ticket... R500 in airtime and still no answers. What is going on Fnb?
