Never bank with FNB! Worst service
A request was sent on 25 February 2022 to close my credit card account ref ***Q. After resending this request 3 time, I called the bank on 3 March to follow up (FNB :-) Your Call Reference number is Rj***.) The banker ensured me this account will be closes on 24 hours. Still not done!
This is exactly why I am closing every account I have witj FNB after more than 10 years!
