Never Apply for CIPC Company Registration with FNB

I app**** online with my reference ZxVzPemI0hHI and I paid the R175 using my FNB cheque account card. But the process is stuck in the payment step asking me for payment again. FNB has access to my cheque account they can even see that the payment I made went through. But this application for CIPC is now becoming a nightmare. Actually a friend of mine warned me that he ended up cancelling the whole process.

I'm very disappointed with FNB.

FNB I deserve to know what is going on with my application.

Reviewer Update

I did receive calls from FNB and I provided the necessary documents to process the Application.

It has been 3 weeks now and I still have not heard of the status of the process. I sent an email 6 days ago to enquire but have heard no response.

This is frustrating. Can you confirm if you will complete this process or not? If not I want my refund of R275 for non-delivery of service.
