NEVER ANSWERING THEIR LINES

My problem with FNB is that when you call in there is absolutely no answer. I have been calling all morning and currently have been listening to their background music for 8+ minutes. This is ridiculous. I need to be in contact with someone to update details. I bet if I request a loan or something someone will be so quick to respond/answer.
