Negotiation on current interest rate on Home Bond

FNB Home Loan department<br> RERATE NEGOTIATION FOR INTEREST RATE ON CURRENT HOME BOND<br> <br> Good day<br> First I would like to thank FNB for the excellent service we received from them.<br> About three (3) years ago my wife and myself purchased a house through FNB finance.<br> At that stage we did not had any accounts with FNB. Our bond originator said if we do more business with FNB we could negotiate for a better interest rate.<br> <br> At this stage we have several accounts with FNB. We have a home bond, my wife does have an account, and I also have an flexi account with FNB. We also opened a youth account for my daughter. This is an indication that we are much more active clients now.<br> <br> With this letter I humbly ask if FNB would give as a better interest rate on our current home loan.<br> We have an excess bond with FNB and paid for many years extra money in our bond.
