Negligence for over 2 years

2 outstanding accounts on my Transunion report that I'm not aware of.

The consultant mentioned i had a credit card, I have never had an FNB Credit card in my life and a temporary loan (I have not used FNB in over 2 years)

Never have I received calls for collections or that I have been handed over for these accounts. This is ridiculous as it's affecting my Credit Score.
