Negligence

So I was contacted about a mother ago to switch life insurance plans the consultant that handled the switch never canceled the old plan this month the premium was deducted from.my account along with another set of fees for a plan that does not even exist I spent ours on the phone trying to get it resolved or to get a explain being transferred from one consultant to the next and nobody is resolving the matter the also refuse to refund the money they took due to there errors and negligence
