Neglected client!
App**** for a consolidation loan got declined, seems set up to me as previously also denied. My credit scoring is great haven't defaulted once. Said they would phone still waiting. Why do I keep having to fight my own bank!!!

18 Jan 2023, 11:14Here is the gist of the Personal Loan Dept story, firstly someone contacted me, which I agreed she did but she also said she would get someone to contact me, which she did as I received an email stating that someone would call me regarding this matter. I eventually emailed FNB and today I get a response saying someone did call me! Is it easier to get a CONSOLIDATION LOAN to try and reduce the interest I am paying through my own back or is it better to just keep paying another bank at their higher interest rate? My credit rate scoring is still perfect !
