Neglected buy FnB

What is going on FnB I have been waiting since the 20th to resolve an on going issue. I cannot call because the numbers I call are inactive or I am more often than not cut off before speaking to a human. The emails I get are automated and don't address the issue. I speak to some on message who keeps elevating the issue but nothing to show for it. I have been locked out of my account for ages now. I am not in the country and contacting anyone that works at FnB is next to impossible. I was told there was an attempt to call my number which has been cut off even though I provided my international number which was not used. What is going on? This is crazy. If it wasn't for the minor amount of contract I had through Facebook I would slap a one star to this review.
