Neglect of Custody-Related Claim - FNBREF#***

I hereby lodge a formal complaint against FNB Law / FNB Insurance regarding the mishandling of my custody-related claim for LC*** : CUSTODY MATTER - FNBREF#***.

On the 17th July 25, I submitted a claim under my legal cover for a custody matter involving the removal of parental rights. This claim was rejected without sufficient engagement. I subsequently responded with detailed, substantiated facts and detailed information— yet no one has contacted me since. It has now been more than a month without acknowledgment or review.

This neglect is unacceptable. Sensitive custody matters cannot simply be dismissed or “swept under the mat” because they are complex. The lack of accountability and responsiveness from FNB Law demonstrates unprofessionalism and unreliability, especially when clients approach with urgent family matters that impact a child’s best interests.
