Negatively affecting my credit rating
This has happened twice now. I receive a sms on the 1st thanking me for a bond repayment and the 3 days later another sms stating that I am one month in arrears. I have tried calling the number provided only to be put on hold for literally hours. Current call is at 47 minutes . This does affect my credit rating and puts me in a bad light.
