Negatively Affected
I paid off and closed my credit card in 2019 but I still have an outstanding amount reflecting on my credit bureau report. The balance which app**** after the account was even closed. Now it's affecting my credit report negatively. I tried communicating with FNB but there's no respond. How am I gonna get a home loan with a bad review from the credit bureau
