Negative Response

I have complained to FNB about them double debiting my account, is this a new **** for debiting the premiums twice, have experienced the same with Hollard now FNB, their respinse is that they dont work with debit orders so where do I go from here? cause my money has been taken twice by them, that created extra charges now and then for the amounts I did not cater for, I want all those extra charges reversed and the extra premium refunded.
