NEGATIVE BALANCE OVERDRAWN CHARGES
I want an answer to the question i put to your information department. I am not satisfied with the stupid response received from your David Mntambo ref SD***. I want to know why there is a negative balance listing on my account on 6 March when my account has been credit. I want the negative listing reversed before you deduct fees on the 16 March. As stated i will be reporting the matter to the FAIS ombud and look to switch banks. I am tired of FNB's ****.
