Negative and positive services received

I'm back with an appraisal. And a negative review. Fortunately once again the fami**** face Phindi Ngcobo floor host assisted me throughout a 90 minute query. It's not in her job description I guess but I asked her for assistance because I had a pleasant experience with her once before. It's so horrible Fnb call Centre agents are pathetic. Do not know their jobs properly. Misguided me I'm still owing money and was handed over. Phindile jotted names and references n so Abigail chauke finally resolved my query with mandla. Both gave an effort with Phindi assisting me. As for the rest agents which I have names n Wil spare u the shame. Learn urls job properly please. Abigail send me my paid up certificate. Thx u Phindi. Hope ur company recognizes u. It took me 30 days off n on queries with Fnb n u solved it in 90 minutes. God bless u. As for Fnb as a bank I will not recommend it to my friends n family. Only Wil recommend people about the few individuals who gave me good service. And Abigail Pls make sure u promised me in an email it takes +-10days to clear my name from credit bereau. Ur bank had no right to keep me on when my account was settled few month ago. Really ****ed.
