Need to.activate top up debt protection after all communication with FNB failed.

I have tried to no avail to lower the payments on my credit card because I'm currently unemployed and overseas. I am unable to pay FNB what they want. I have even emailed the CEO directly with this problem. It is FNB's fault that I'm in this mess due to bad advice given to me by their consultants to move my credit card money to the budget facility to help me pay it off. But their interest on this is more than 20%

To no avail I have fought. I would therefore now like to activate my top up debt protection on my credit card. Please can someone assist.

Please note the time.difference and call me between 3pm and 5pm your time otherwise you are waking me up in the early morning hours. Failing that please use email to communicate. It is a way of communication you know.

Assistance would be appreciated. Inge
