Need to make payment

I'll start by saying thank you to S Hiva and team for enabling me to finish myoverdraft debt that was handed over to that *********** company. I have received my settlement letter from FNB thank you. With that said I have two other residual accounts with you guys that are handled by Groenewald and Lubbe.

My loan account is still fine however my credit card account I have made payments, I have sent the POP for the payments they said I didn't make and no one still gets back to me.

I have resorted to this platform cause your internal emails don't usually get feedback. I would just like for the accounts to be opened for me if possible so as I pay internally. I tried paying internally this month but my payments were rejected. My ID number should still pick me up on the system.
