Need refund for eBucks vouchers not arriving

On the 27th I purchased a ster kinekor voucher. Didnt get it. So I purchased another one. Didn't get that either. I went to the movies by cash and I mailed ebucks to refund me those ebucks. So why am I still waiting for anyone to assist me? You'll see I've forwarded both my purchases by email to Sarah. Sarah wanted me to mail her from another address which I don't use anymore. Its not enough to see the tickets as proof I forwarded. The transaction numbers she asked I also gave her before that.

Do you think someone can refund me please.
