Need new private banker or am I not worth your business

Good day listen to recording with my last private banker. She banged phone on me. I wasnt rude just upset n anxious. Single mum and someone blocked my banking app. She couldnt help me on my time with homeloan review or when pnp overcharged me. She is dismissive n makes me uncomfortable and she imp**** I am a problem yet I am loyal to fnb from a kid. I got sick. Took half day leave from work. And everyday im begging for a new banker whose assistant is competent. My last banker tebogo and I had resolved issues. He went extra mile by coming home to help with my face recognition. It was just his assistant that **** about not knowing my homeloan amount. Wjy must i always beg for help
