Need my money

I went to southdale branch jhb yesterdsy stood in a queue for an hour ..the lady at the door said I cant go to a consultant to reverse a debit order that went twice on my bank account and did it on my phone app..its still not reversed. I showed her proof that that contract was cancelled with clientel and I need my funds they still not in my acc.calling *** not helping too..no ome available to assist.i vant drive back again to southdale and they too land line not going through
