Need my car fixed ASAP!!!!!!

I am very unhappy at the service I've received from you. The person who's supposedly dealing this claim is not responding to emails that are being sent to him. All he needs to do is call the panel beaters for me to be able to take in the car but he has not done. This claim was lodged early September 2015.
