Need Help

Months ago my pay date change.. I went to FNB Strand branch to changes all my debit orders. I had to go a second time to the bank because some department just ignore the changes. Now a couple of days ago my one FNB life policy went off so I phoned the number on my app ***. It been 2 days of struggle to get a department to help me. FNB life puts me throw to Debiet orders, Debiet orders to loan department and premier bank gave me the number ***. I phone that number today and after been put throw to 10 different departments the lady tells me she can't help she will put me throw to FNB Life. I Also went to the FNB branch yesterday for help but the row was so long that I could not wait. Can somebody phone me before the 15 of this month to rectify the problem please.
