NEED HELP

I am currently under a lot of debt, went to FNB to request a debt consolidation loan and they can't assist. FNB is my bank and I have three accounts with them. I asked them to assist, even if it's only with their accounts and they still can't. I have to pay interest on all these accounts and if it was just one account it would really help. When I app**** for debt consolidation the first time they declined and offered an overdraft, followed with a credit card and lastly a loan. All these didn't help and now its even worse because I pay interest on all the accounts. How can my bank do this or is it their way of making money with all the interest charges? I am seriously disappointed as I can't afford, prepared to pay and yet can't get assistance. When I was under debt review financial institutions objected and said I could have come for assistance and when I really need it now, no one is prepared to assist. What more can one do? How many times have I PLEADED. SERIOUSLY DISSAPOINTED!
