need funds refunded asap

Had some problems yesterday i bought something and it seems there was a problem with pricing and i was charged a lot more than i was supposed to have been, i contacted ***** and they cancelled my card and filled in the necessary form i am a pensioner and need the funds returned asap as i dont get any pension and i am living on that money please sort asap
