Need FNB connect assistance

I am still waiting for someone to phone me regarding the booking of my Garmin, I requested someone about a month ago and my warranty expires on the 12 th of July 2024. When will someone get back to me after the 12 th of July and I lose my warranty this watch is only needing a new strap and functions on the watch not a major fix!!!
