Need Desperate help No action taken to block/Reverse ********** transcation by FNB for Millions
We called to get a ********** transcation from going through a short while after it was made to get it reversed via Business banking , the agent was untrained and took 3 hours to produce a reference number. Today the ***** department cant find the reference created and the bank is yet to reverse the amount . This is about to cause the company Millions of Rands . South Africa be on the lookout for such poor and Millions costing service from FNB

26 Feb 2020, 10:06Since Friday FNB Business Banking has failed to reverse this reported fradulent transcation even when it was brought to their attention via Different channels, Bank city Branch , Call Center and Hellopeter, they claim it will take 7 days to reverse a transcation worth millions due to pay a service provider . This is business banking , what must happen to the operation of the business in that whole week without operations? Everything has come to a stand still we are about to loose clients over this mess, a fradulent activity took place which led to this wrongful transcation, a case was opened with SAPS all documentation to prove ***** submitted, but FNB will take its time still reversing that transcation so the right supplier can be paid. 100 of Jobs are at stake, but FNB pays no mind to the consequence of holding that money for too long , time is money 7 days will put us our of business.
