Need assistance asap

I am still waiting on a response from Shanayleigh Sahibdeen in the Loans department. The email was sent the 14th of June and it's been 10days. I am still waiting on someone from the Roadcover assist department to contact me as well. They were quick to call me when they signed me up for this and now that I'm no longer interested have to wait on the call. For some reason the only way to get anyone's attention from FNB is to do it through hellopeter which is unfortunate.
