Need answers and a quote

Hi, could someone please call me back. I've called in to increase my Life Cover on my pilicy and the lady I spoke to, let me hold on for 15 minutes. She didn't even had the decency to call my back.

I also have a query regarding the fees I'm being charged on my credit card for having a positive balance at the time the statements are generated. I've spoken to one of the guys on the secure chat, he said that he'll send ot to the Credot department and it's been a month now and I'm still waiting for call from them.

I would also like to query the R69 Fusion Fee charged on my account. The banker I spoke to didn't give me an explanation what it is for exactly. I've never been charged that we, hence I would like an explanation.
