Need a reply on this mater urgently

What is going on with South Africa bank I sent my step son some money to his fnb bank account since 25th of January till now he as not receive the money the only thing they said is that they are investigation the the money and I have also sent an email to the ***** department no one have reply since over a month now, when I call they said the money was hold by Mr Siyabonga

Thank you very much for that Fnb forex just sent me an email that my the person the money was sent to should give them a call but I sent the money and I want to know what is going on with my money because I can't receive the money back from them.
