Need a consolidation loan

I recently app**** for a consolidation loan with fnb as their slogan is \how can we help you"as I trusted them they rejected me for different reasons everytime I try then I sent an email to their premier banker on Sunday night and I received a confirmation on Monday morning that I would get a response within 48 hours with reference CAS-170161-L9R5M1and I haven't receive that response even today. All I was requestibg from fnb was help as they always say how can we help you? My response was by giving me a consolidation loan. But they say I have reached my maximum exposure. I just need help with a consolidation loan and I can afford it. My issue is that I am paying debt"
