Nearly a MONTH for any response!

I submitted a online application to increase my credit card limit on the 24th of February.

After having had to call in SEVERAL times I was FINALLY advised on the 3rd attempt at calling this department and having been passed around like a hot potato, that the were waiting for a latest payslip. I sent that through happily the next day.

I called in one WEEK later after not having heard anything again, and were advised that they were busy processing an --entirely new credit card application-- and were still in the process! I immediately told the man that I do not want a new credit card! I only want my limit increased as my salary has more than DOUBLED since last year!

He said that he now has the new payslip and it would be processed immediately. It's now again nearly a WEEK LATER and I have not had ONE phone call from yourselves. Nothing has been processed and I am still waiting for any sort of correspondence from you!

When i initially app**** for my credit card i had it in my hands withing 5 days -- WITHOUT having had to fax anything though!

To just increase a limit is now taking a MONTH. Read that again. A MONTH!

Get this account sorted out immediately.
