Nearly 4 months.. and we still back to where we started..imcompetence has no bounds

<p>Another month has passed, and here we are, still fighting the good fight, trying to sort out and streamline the payment of our bond. After we signed and submitted the debit order form as instructed, the debit order payment was not deducted from my husband's account. Now, we are being bul**** in how the collections department will continue to try and locate the funds? How is this my mistake if we actually submitted the debit order authorization on the 2nd of February? Sadly our issue dates back to December, when our account was debited on the wrong date. We are heading into April, and still, we seem nowhere closer. And to top it all off, funds were deducted from my bank account as well, which I did not sign, nor confirm would be fine to do. There is no voice recording, or even an email confirming same... you seem to be creaters of your own issues, and deem it okay to play god with our accounts. We have tried also to make arrangements with all parties involved, however this also seems to fall on deaf ears. Not sure if we will ever come to some form of concensus to move on. </p>
